Nak try lose weight. Beginner?

If you're in the same boat put yo hands up :) As I told you in my likes and dislike section (Boleh cek dekat page about Norsa yawnnn) I'm into workout thingy. Benda ni baru je diterapkan dalam diri because because because (ada lah). Therefore I learn few routine through Twitter at first. I was amazed when I saw someone I knew went to the gym. Fuyooo. Pastu Shila Azmah pun getting thinner when she started workout. Semangat membara! Hoo yeahhh

Then as I thought it would be, I tend to skip my exercise. Biasa lah universal lies. Huhu. That's why berat tak turun-turun. but I will, share what I know. Mana tau boleh jadi pembangkit semangat *wink*

Before I continue, let's vow together.

All I trying to say it was, don't hate yourself. EVER. and let's vow to build a better strength to be more confident :)

So,this is what I do. (currently and sometimes I cheat. HAHA.)

1. If you're on losing weight period, please don't starve yourself. Nak diet, kena banyak makan bukan makan banyak. Oleh itu, jangan skip any meal okey. Makan je, tapi makan benda yang sihat dalam kuantiti yang kecil. Some friends introduce me pasal Diet Atkin (If I got sometime Insyaalah I'll explain okey) and banyak je yang dah berjaya. I,myself find it hard tho. Currently I only ate rice once a day for energy (konon) then I drink lotss of water.

Sedapkan kalau hari-hari dapat camni? Yummeehhhh

2. Exercise is the key. Jyeahhh. After ate all the junk I treid to burn them. Eventhough I'm not really sure if what I do is enough to burn them all HAHA. Still, I make sure everyday I'm sweating. 30 min can do.Lebih baik dari tak bergerak lansung kan. Sometimes I told myself  "Harini rajin sikit eh workout tu". Silly izzit?



3. Motivation harus mantop. Harus pesan pada diri sendiri why you wanna lose weight. Tapi strong ke alasan itu? hewhew terpulang pada anda. Like me, my motivation seriously belum mantop but incase if someday...who knows if by sharing this with you I'd be motivate *wink*

I've tried Atkins before and it works!!! Well,actuallly ada banyak lagi kena kurangkan,tapi sekarang ni jadi terover makan pulak. Part exercise tu,suka sangat buat cardio yang Denise Austin punya,best!!!

Motivation memang penting,niat pun kena betul jugak kan,takut berhenti separuh jalan,macam tuan yang tengah taip komen ni,hahaha.

Tpi insyaAllah,akan start balik diet ni. Good luck Norsa,wishing you all the best!

aku lebih rela aerobik or menari dpd benda alah squat squat ni weyy . jom nk tak kita nari ramai ramai utk kurus *nada serious
